＜コメント＞
学生時代のアルバイト多数、神社の正社員、一般企業への派遣からの契約社員、そして現在の業務委託とさまざまな雇用形態を体験してきました
途中は、コロナ禍でのストレスから体が動かなくなり、約2年間労働市場から撤退もしています
さまざまな経験を経て知った、世の中のいろいろな仕組みや制度、自分に合った働き方などをこのブログで発信していきたいと思います

Human Resources Small and Medium-sized Enterprise: Currently working as a commissioned worker (freelancer) (as of March 2024)

Had various part-time jobs during student years, worked as a regular employee at a shrine, transitioned from temporary to contract employee at a general company, and now working as a commissioned worker. I have experienced various forms of employment.
At one point, due to stress from the COVID-19 pandemic, I couldn’t move my body, and I withdrew from the labor market for about 2 years.
Through these various experiences, I have learned about the various mechanisms and systems in society, as well as finding a way of working that suits me. I would like to share these insights and thoughts through this blog.
